Dress, possibly a bridesmaid dress, or an evening dress, pink taffeta bodice with metal embroidered lace bandeau, pink silk thin shoulder straps, kimono-style net covering satin bodice, tulle overlay criss crosses front and back; short sleeves with turned up cuff, edge bound with pink satin, taffeta A-line skirt with one layer of pink silk net overlay and edge bound in pink satin, pink silk net hip lappets bound in pink satin; pink silk taffeta cumberund with ruching, center back closure with snaps, elaborate tulle bow at back with metalized lace on tails of bow, "Madame Roy Robes Nashua, NH" label; circa. 1920. |
